  1. 1. Download & mount. Double-click the DMG, drag auro Provider.app to Applications.
  2. 2. Launch. First launch: right-click → Open (Gatekeeper). Subsequent launches: regular double-click.
  3. 3. Sign in. Use the email your practice admin (Lead RD) registered for you. Magic-link auth — no password.
  4. 4. Pick a patient. Your full panel loads in <1 second.

On Windows or a Chromebook? Skip the download — open app.theaurohealth.com and sign in with the same email and password. Identical workspace, nothing to install.

  1. 1. Open TestFlight. Tap the link above on your iPhone. Apple's TestFlight app installs if you don't have it yet.
  2. 2. Install auro Provider. Tap Accept, then Install.
  3. 3. Sign in. Same email as the Mac workspace. Magic-link auth — no password.
  4. 4. Grant permissions. Microphone & Camera (live video sessions), Notifications (Live Activity + push). HealthKit not required.

Live Activity on the lock screen: after first sign-in, the auro card shows your triage counts and the next visit without you opening the app — stays alive for 8 hours.

  1. 1. Tap your invite link. The link your RD sent opens TestFlight, then auro.
  2. 2. Sign in. Use the email your RD has on file. Magic-link auth.
  3. 3. Grant permissions. HealthKit (read activity, sleep, weight), Camera (photo logging), Microphone (voice logging), Notifications (session reminders).
  4. 4. You're in. Today screen loads with your RD's targets and your meal plan for the week.
