Triage queue
Updated 11s ago7 patients flagged by auro for review this morning.
A next-generation clinical record
auro is a living clinical record — a native Mac workspace for the registered dietitian and an iPhone companion for every patient they care for. Real-time sync, HIPAA-aligned AI that never sees a name, and not a single browser tab.
7 patients flagged by auro for review this morning.
One product, two halves
Care happens between visits. auro is two apps that share one record — your patient logs a meal on their iPhone, you see it on your Mac the moment it lands. No portals, no PDFs, no third-party integrations to keep alive.
Patient list, triage queue, ADIME charting, meal-plan builder, recipe library with PDF + photo import, video sessions, and a clinical AI assistant — all in one Mac app. Lead RD oversight built-in.
Explore the workspace →Food logging that uses Claude vision to parse the photo, HealthKit-backed daily rings, the meal plan their RD built for them, recipes from their practice's library, and a chat thread with their dietitian.

Every morning auro ranks your panel by who actually needs you today — protein deficits over multiple days, CGM trends moving the wrong way, missed sessions, repeated symptom logs. Lead RDs see their team's full triage with risk subdivisions; staff RDs see their own.
Assessment, Diagnosis, Intervention, Monitoring & Evaluation — auro drafts the PES statement from the patient's last 14 days of intake, biomarkers, and HealthKit signals. You edit a paragraph instead of typing one from scratch.
Build a 7-day plan from your recipe library, anchored to the patient's protein, carb, and fat targets. The plan publishes straight to their iPhone — no PDF handoff, no email attachment, no "did you get it?".
Drop a multi-recipe PDF and auro splits it into individual recipes, lifts the food photo from each page with Apple Vision, parses every ingredient via USDA FoodData Central, and stamps your practice's logo on the hero card.
auro Meet runs on LiveKit, scheduled inside auro and joined inside auro — by the patient, on their iPhone. No Zoom links. The chart, the meal plan, and the call live in the same window.
Ask auro to draft an intervention, summarize a patient's last month, or generate a swap suggestion. Every prompt is sanitized before it leaves your machine; the model never sees a patient identifier.
For the patient
auro Wellness is the iPhone half of the relationship between a patient and their dietitian. It does four things, well: log a meal in five seconds with photo & voice, see the meal plan their RD built today, ask the RD's AI assistant a question, and join the next session.
Built on the Apple ecosystem
Most dietetics software is a web portal duct-taped to a phone app. auro is two native apps that talk to the same Postgres database — fast, offline-tolerant, and quiet about it.
Trust & compliance
Patient data is protected by Postgres row-level-security policies enforced at the database. A bug in the Mac or iPhone app cannot accidentally leak another practice's records — the database refuses the query.
Patient names, DOBs, phone numbers, emails, and identifiers are stripped before any prompt is sent to Claude. The model sees clinical signal, never identity.
Every third party that could touch PHI must sign a Business Associate Agreement before production data flows through it — Anthropic, Supabase, LiveKit, and anyone we add later.
Every PHI access — by you, by the patient, by auro itself — writes to an immutable audit log. Pull a report for any patient on demand.
Who auro is for
We built auro with one practice — Nutrient Rich Life — and we'll grow with practices that look like them. If you're a solo RD doing 30 visits a week, or a clinic with a Lead RD and a small team, this is for you.
One license. Your patients, your recipes, your branding. Everything in one Mac app.
A Lead RD seat with team-wide triage and supervision tools. Per-RD seats for the staff. Shared recipe library.
Bariatric, T2D, oncology nutrition, sports performance — clinical AI is tuned per practice domain.
Get started
Book a 30-minute demo and we'll walk through the workspace with three of your real patients (de-identified). You decide if it fits before any commitment.
