How we work is written as practices, not slogans. Three of them are below; the rest are in the code.

Strict by default

Every default is the strict one. When a setting could be lenient or strict, we ship strict and let the practice loosen it, with the change in the audit log.

Flag, don’t guess

Flag, don’t guess. When the payer rep is unsure, Lana flags the visit. When the note is uncertain, the draft says so. Nothing is invented to look finished.

The receipt travels

The receipt travels with the number. Every line on the ledger links to the visit, the call or the invoice it came from, so the owner and the auditor see the same thing.

An Imaginer is someone who hears a workflow break and cannot walk past it. Who sees a chart that a dietitian fills out by hand and builds the thing that writes it. Who picks up the phone to a payer and wonders why a person is doing this at all. Who ships the fix on Friday and watches it hold in a live clinic on Monday.
