How the Academy works
Lessons, not a manual.
The practice does not stop for training. Each lesson is one thing, on the screen where that thing happens, and the Academy remembers who has been through which.
Short, and one thing each
A lesson covers one thing the practice does: sign a note, read a verification, post a charge, receive an order. It is meant to be watched between patients, not on a training day.
Written against your own screens
Every lesson is written against the practice’s own record: its roles, its payers, its codes and its catalogue. What is on the screen in the lesson is what is on the screen at the desk.
A record of what each person has completed
The Academy keeps which lessons each person in the practice has finished, so an owner can see who has been through the close. It is a record, not a credential. auro accredits no one, and no lesson carries CE or CEU credit.
