Step 1
Add the person as a role
The role is the decision. Everything the new person can see follows from it.
Step 2
Turn on the second factor before the first sign-in
A provider account without multi-factor authentication is not a provider account.
Step 3
Take a person off the day they leave
Access ends. What they did stays on the record, with their name against it.
Step 4
Check the log afterwards
Who was added, who removed them, and when. If it is not in the log it did not happen.
