Pick up what the flow could not finish
A patient with no visit on the books gets a re-book nudge. When the nudge is not enough, the row comes to a person.
Step 4
Change the cadence
A flow belongs to the practice. Changing it changes what happens next, and leaves what already happened on the record as it was.
