Step 1
Bring in the list
The rows are counted before anything is dialled, so you know what you are asking for.
Step 2
Let it run against the payer’s hours
Calls are placed while the line is open. The rest wait rather than failing.
Step 3
Read the result per row
One verification per patient, with its own reference number and its own recording. A row is either verified or flagged.
Step 4
Work the flags, not the batch
Only the rows that need a person come to a person, each with its reason. The verified rows need nothing from you.
