It is not a guess with a warning on it. Where Lana cannot establish a fact she does not produce one, and the count of invented answers is 0.

Read the reason
Each flag says what stopped it, with the recording and the transcript at the point it stopped.
Step 4
Decide
Call back, ask the patient, or take the visit as self-pay. The decision is the practice’s, and it is written to the record with your name on it.
