What this lesson covers
Step 1
Open the patient
From the schedule or from the triage list. The row you were looking at is the record; there is no second system to open.
Step 2
Read the header
Who they are, the payer on file, the plan, and whether the next visit has already been verified.
Step 3
Read what the patient logged
Meals, weight, hydration and check-ins arrive from the patient app onto the same record, so what happened between visits is already there.
Step 4
Read the care plan
Targets, interventions and follow-ups, as they stood at the end of the last visit, and what the patient has been seeing in the app since.

You can open a patient and say out loud what has happened to them since the last visit.
